Financial advisory services
During 1998-2003, EIP acted as an exclusive CEE advisor to Environmental Asset Management, the fund manager of Central and Eastern European Environmental Investment Fund – a EUR 22 mm VC fund dedicated to CEE’s environmental sector companies. During 1998-2003, Rafal’s personal responsibilities included search for investments, analysis, due diligence and monitoring of investee companies, including implementation and supervision to exit strategy of EIP investments across the CEE region. He was responsible for completion of 6 venture capital investments in Poland, Bulgary, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary for a total amount exceeding EUR 13 mm.
